Sunday

Sundays... I kinda like Sundays now, though when I was younger I absolutely dread it (I have an old post about that here). Our Sundays here so far consist of:

1. Gym - body pump class, some treadmill if were not in a hurry.

Saw this while running to the gym one Sunday.

2. Brunch - eggs with anything (bacon, spam, sausage, etc) + orange juice or chocolate drink.

3. Mass - we've been attending anticipated mass lately since I had to go to the city on Saturday afternoons and we just head to the nearby church afterwards, but if we don't, we go to Sunday mass at 12 noon.

4. Market - fresh produce, butcher shop and sometimes Filipino store when we get some craving of sorts. Lucky for us these places (gym, church, market) are all walking distance from each other and our apartment (not to mention, my office too!) .

5. Rest - siesta! Though I don't take afternoon naps anymore since it would just screw up my body clock.

6. Chores - laundry, dishes, general cleaning (mostly not done by me :p).

7. Merienda - usually something sweet like this! Though today, I suddenly felt a pang of sadness while typing an email to my mom and wanted banana que badly! :(

Hot chocolate chip muffin with ice cream = love!

8. Read / watch TV or stream videos / surf the net - Sunday paper, past MXs I've been too busy to read on weekdays (I only read the vent and gossip sections anyway). Oh hey I still have those Water magazines I haven't even opened yet, yikes! I'd also watch some girly tv like GG, ANTM or PLL. :D

9. Cook - now this I love to do. Our dinner tonight's spaghetti (UFC of course!) which I just finished cooking. Yay!

10. Dinner while watching tv or a movie.

11. Pack our lunch for the next day.

12. Green smoothie - I just have to make one for breakfast the next day since I'm not getting enough greens from all the (not-so-good) stuff I've been eating throughout the day.

Recounting all these things actually made me a bit exhausted. Ok, I think I'll go catch up on my reading now. Have a great rest of your Sunday!
